SENATE BILL NO. 37 "An Act extending the termination date of the                                                                
Statewide Suicide Prevention Council; and providing for an effective                                                            
date" was read the second time.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
